SacValley MedShare has partnered with Konza to provide much needed analytical dashboards system.  Konza's system is top of the line and will provide quality, re-admissions, and patient population health dashboards for members and future members to come.  Below is a link to the formal press release.

CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule

Earlier this week, CMS released their final rule on Interoperability and Patient Access.  One of the conditions of participation is for hospitals to implement ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) messages/notifications to another facility or another community provider or practitioner (https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/interoperability-and-patient-access-fact-sheet).  Implementing ADT to an HIE, like SacValley MedShare, will satisfy this requirement as well as remove the need
