Chief Courtright Joins Board of Directors

Battalion Chief Andrew Courtright has joined the SacValley MedShare Board of Directors.  Chief Courtright is second in command at the Peninsula Fire Protection District in Lake Almanor, California. 

Chief Courtright moved back to the area after leaving the US Army in 1998.  He has worked as a Firefighter EMT and Paramedic in Plumas and Lassen County for different agencies and also worked as a ground and Flight Paramedic for a number of years.

Plumas District Hospital Re-Engages Using Cal-HOP

Plumas District Hospital has re-engaged with SacValley MedShare utilizing the Cal-HOP funding program from DHCS.  They will be onboarding ADT as well as a bi-directional CCD interface and additional discreet data feeds.  This will greatly assist with improvement of patient care in their rural county.  PDH's mission is "We provide outstanding compassionate care with exceptional customer service."  Visit their website to learn more.  http://www.pdh.org/

Yolo Hospice Joins SacValley MedShare

Yolo Hospice has joined SacValley MedShare.  They will be receiving real-time event notifications for their patients.  We are excited to have them onboard!  Their medical staffs will also have portal query access.  Yolo Hospice's mission is to serve their communities, providing the highest level of care for every patient, every family, every time. https://yolohospice.org/about/our-philosophy/   

RCHC Data Contribution

Redwood Community Health Coalition has gone live with contributing ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) messages to the SacValley MedShare HIE.  Their mission is  to improve access to and the quality of care provided for underserved and uninsured people in Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Yolo counties.  Check out their website!  https://www.rchc.net/
