Answer: You are required to reset your Portal Password every 90 days. - Question: Q: How long will my Portal Session stay active?
Answer: Your Portal Session will stay active for 5 minutes without any activity before it locks. Once it locks, you can enter your password within 3 hours to go back to where you were when the session locked.
