    Answer: You can use the self-reset option on the portal homepage to reset your password; You can email support@sacvalleyms.org M-F from 0800-1700 Pacific Time; or You can email Nashville.Client.Support@SSIGroup.com
  3. Question: How often am I required to change my Portal Password?
    Answer: You are required to reset your Portal Password every 90 days.
  4. Question: Q: How long will my Portal Session stay active?
    Answer: Your Portal Session will stay active for 5 minutes without any activity before it locks. Once it locks, you can enter your password within 3 hours to go back to where you were when the session locked.
