SacValley MedShare has partnered with KONZA to provide participants access to secure analytic dashboard and report services at minimal cost.
The KONZA data warehouse stores and aggregates clinical data from all SVMS member's EHR systems as well as any other connected HINs. This data is normalized and populated into a standard data architecture which is then delivered in the form of custom developed, web-based dashboard reports. Participants can also request specially created ad-hoc reports based upon desired criteria as long as the data appears in the data warehouse. Access to this information in such a manner will be necessary for successful clinical integration, care coordination, quality reporting and transition to performance-based payment models.
COVID-19 Alerts allow you to see the active patients that have COVID-19 or COVID-19 like illness or diagnosis. The information is printable and downloadable.
