Florence Inc. Joins SacValley MedShare

Florence is a primary care benefit now available to Medicare beneficiaries in select service areas, namely, Chico, CA.  They have signed on to receive acute alerts to satisfy their conditions of participation for Medicare.

Health care is delivered through Florence Wellness P.C., an independent professional
medical corporation licensed in California, and affiliated practices.

Glenn & Colusa Contribute CCD's

Glenn & Colusa Medical Centers brought live their CCD interfaces to SacValley MedShare.   

New Feeds from Redding Rancheria

Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Centers are now contributing ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) messages to our HIE including Diagnosis, Procedures and Allergies.  They also brought online the contribution of lab results and immunizations.  https://www.reddingrancheria-nsn.gov/

Feather River Tribal Brings Feeds Live

Feather River Tribal Health brought live today 3 additional HL7 data feeds; ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) including Procedures, Diagnosis, and Allergies, Lab results and immunizations, further expanding the data available to providers at the point of care.  Visit their website here: http://www.frth.org/ 

Hill Country Expands Data Contribution

Hill Country Health and Wellness Centers has expanded their data contribution to SacValley MedShare.  They are now contributing ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) messages, Allergies, Immunizations, and Lab Results.  Visit their website here: hillcountryclinic.org

More Data Feeds Go Live

As of today, 12/29/2020, 9 more feeds from three more participants have gone live.  Shasta Cascade Health Centers is contributing ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) messages, along with Lab Results and Immunizations.  Eastern Plumas Healthcare is contributing ADT along with Lab Results, Radiology Reports, Immunizations and Medications.  Yolo Hospice is also contributing ADT.  A very nice way to end the year 2020; improving patient lives with meaningful data at the poin
